Phase 02
Construction Management
Construction is performed in full compliance with safety best practices, AHJ construction standards, and contractual requirements. A detailed project schedule with milestone tracking is used to measure progress and identify critical path activities requiring immediate attention.
All completed work is inspected in accordance with contract documents, local building ordinances, and relevant standards — with written acceptance documented for every scope element. Our assigned Construction Manager provides field-level oversight from mobilization through final walk and handover.
